For all his professional achievements, however, Feinstein’s greatest gifts may well be his sense of gratitude and his commitment to service. “My parents, George and Jeanette, instilled the ethic of giving generously of my time, energy, and financial resources,” he says, “and they practiced what they preached. Both sacrificed and worked hard-mom as a homemaker, dad in his own one-man meat market-to make sure I had opportunities they didn’t.’
