According to a local news report, the collision occurred just after 8:00 a.m. on Great Road, near the intersection with Meyer Hill Drive, in Acton, Massachusetts. While the details of the accident have not yet all been released, the collision involved one passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer. Both women in the passenger car suffered major injuries, and both were taken to the hospital. The cause of the truck accident is still under investigation, and police have not yet issued any citations.
