Cops: 9 cars involved in crash near Quincy on I-93

Filed under: Law,Personal injury — Local News @ 3:17 pm

BOSTON – State police say officers are investigating the cause of a nine-car accident on Interstate 93, near Quincy, that left one person seriously injured.

Massachusetts State Police say in an advisory early Tuesday that the crash reportedly resulted in serious injury to at least one person. There was no immediate word on the identity of the driver or details about any other injuries.

The State Police say rapidly developing snow across much of the state late Monday has caused numerous accidents and that road conditions were deteriorating.
